We are a small independent property company based in South-East Crete who specialise in the purchase of land and houses around the Makri Gialos area, as well as the mountain villages within the region, such as Agios Stephanos, Pefki and Stavrohori. Our properties are to be found near the sea or within these villages and range from newly built or renovated to old traditional houses requiring renovation.
We can assist you every step of the way from the inspection of properties and land to the services of recommended architects, lawyers, accountants and builders, with whom we have had many dealings, as well as the sometimes rather baffling areas of obtaining a tax code and opening a bank account. You may also bring your own builders and craftsmen to the island if you wish as Greece is a member of the European Union. We can advise you on flights and arrange accommodation during your visits to the area as well as looking after your Greek property if it is only inhabited during certain months of the year.
We speak English, German and Greek.

From 19-24 June this year, this now annual event will be held as before at Casa dei Mezzo in Makri Gialos. There will be a full range of classical, folk and Greek music to suit all tastes. Brian Stanborough, Director of the Bordeaux Opera will be playing the wonderful Boesendoerfer grand piano which previously belonged to Luciano Pavarotti. |

| Myrtos Animal Project |
| This organisation works with and supports the Myrtos Animal Project which does its best to rehomie abandoned dogs and puppies from Crete to, mainly, Holland. Over the past six months, we have rescued a Great Dane named BlueBlue who is now with a wonderful lady in the leafy suburbs of Athens, two puppies living a precarious existence next to a main road now with new loving owners and the latest were five puppies, four abandoned under my car in Sitia and one in my garden a couple of weeks later. After looking after them for around a month, we sent them with caring couriers to the Netherlands a couple of weeks ago, where they are now living with people who will look after them and give them the kind of life that they deserve. The work goes on ………… |
