We reside permanently in the South East of Crete, and therefore have an in-depth knowledge of both the area and people. Many estate agents profess to know the property buying/building business never having been through the procedure themselves. Having emigrated to Crete from the UK, we have first hand experience of buying property and land and of the whole process of creating our dream homes in this, our chosen area.

We endeavour to make the process of buying property or land as straightforward as possible. As well as accompanying you on property tours we will guide you through the purchasing procedure, and of course we can steer you through the somewhat daunting departure from the UK to Crete if you should be in the position to "up sticks" and move here for good, recommending good furniture removal firms and companies who would help you to bring your pets out here, as we did! We also provide an element of post purchase assistance which can be as much or as little as required depending on your needs and personal knowledge - we do not abandon you after your purchase, and offer all reasonable assistance to help you settle in to your new life.

We can recommend architects, lawyers and notaries as well as stonemasons, builders, plumbers, electricians and tilers - all of these people coming with a personal recommendation.

Once you have bought or built your desired residence, if you are away from the island for a number of months, we can arrange for the letting out of said property should you desire tenants in your absence, and oversee any repairs or maintenance, cleaning etc.
